This plugin is a lifesaver

This plug-in can be a real lifesaver when resolving plug-in conflicts. I inherited a site with a custom-written custom post plug-in which conflicted with a new plug-in that my client wanted. There was no way I would be able to go back to the original developer of the old plug-in and replacing it was not an option. Rather than spending hours or days trying to debug and fix the old plug-in (which still worked otherwise), I used Plugin Organizer to turn off the old plug-in except where it was needed. This worked flawlessly and fixed the problem in minutes, saving me a lot of time and my client a lot of money. Like others have said, this plug-in is not for the faint of heart. If used incorrectly, it can really break your site. But if you take the time to learn the plug-in and don’t go crazy turning things off, this plug-in can be an essential utility in a developers toolbox.
