This plugin has perminantly made it impossible to migrate a website

The develop is aware of a migration issue and will not fix it.
If you have a client who has been using this website for years has many galleries and you need to migrate their website, this plugin makes that impossible. The dev has attempted to remedy it, the remedy does not work there are numerous people all over the web with this issue and the dev will not fix it. Google “nextgen Not a valid template” to see what I mean. It is a huge mistake to use this plugin with such incompetent support. WordPress should remove it from the plugin listings before it can do more harm to people.
The developer has no idea what they are doing, and you cannot trust this plugin to work through an update. I’ve never in my 15 years as a wordpress developer seen a plugin that currupts when trying to migrate and the dev just wont fix it?
