This plugin doesn’t support utf-8 characters

    After I select “Show excerpts above access denied message”, I find that it doesn’t support utf-8 characters.

    For instance, if the excerpt of my post is “test111测试”, in the end, it will only show “test111”.

    Is there anyone who knows how to solve this problem? Thanks.

    @luminaso – Hmm, sorry to hear you had issues, that said I tried just now and wasn’t able to duplicate the issue with just the default Twenty Twenty-One theme.

    My guess would be some conflict with another plugin/theme or hosting/browser configuration possibly.

    Doesn’t seem our plugin is stripping it out though by default.

    PS you might try the Health Check plugin’s Troubleshooting mode to activate only a few plugins to test, then activate more a few at a time to see where the issue comes from.
