This Plugin Does Not Work!

I spent the last 30 or sominutes trying to get this plugin up and running. I have configured i and it says “Active on this WEbsite.” It does not show up for me. I have spent these past three days trying to get a comment system on my site. Not even Jetpack and their commenting system worked so I deactivated that.
