People who complain about 5-10 seconds loading should keep in mind that cache is built up on first load after activating the plugin – hence the long generation/loading time on first load.
On second/third load you should see a significant improvement. I reduced my sites loading time from 1.7 seconds down to 500ms. Thanks BWM!
