This plugin causes problems with themify theme

Can you post a link to your site? Most of the time this kind of problem is caused by a theme incorrectly loading jQuery.

sorry but this works on my test site and one of the cause might be a conflict with your theme; can I know if your theme uses custom post type also?

Yes, my theme uses custom post types. Besides the standard ‘posts’ and ‘pages’, the theme has ‘sections’, ‘highlights’, ‘portofolios’ and ‘teams’.

My problem appears in the order of ‘sections’. I don’t use the other custom post types, so i don’t know if the problem appears there too.
The theme I am using is ‘parallax’ by themify.

maybe you can ask the theme provide and they may have a quick fix to this if needed.

Problem solved. The custom post type sections caused the problem. I contacted the themify theme and they suggested to disable the sections display and instead use their Builder to create the home page.

The new version of the theme in fact disables Section post type (see: https://themify.me/blog/section-post-type-removed-parallax-flat-theme) and uses Builder to create the page.
