This plugin broke my .htaccess. Need help.

I installed this plugin and then I got “make sure htaccess is writeable”. I deleted the plugin but the error is still there. Also all the other plugins I had incl caching plugin stoped working, bcause now they all show same error. How can I fix it?????????????
