  • Same happened to me when updating to the latest version. Thanks for the workaround.

I would call it “recovery”, not “workaround” because the plugin doesn’t work.

I’ve got nothing to do with Timely, other than I use their plugin and I totally disagree with you. The plugin DOES work and it works well!

I’m not saying there are not problems, but my experience is that the Timely support folks will go the extra mile to help resolve the issues. Greybox, have you done anything other than start this thread? Have you tried anything that Timely has suggested to try to determine where the fault lays? Have you tried deactivating all your other plugins to try to see if there is a plugin conflict? Have you tried the WP default theme to see if there is a theme conflict? Are you running the latest version of: WP, your theme and the calendar plugin?

    Just wondering.

I have WordPress 3.6., a bunch of plugins and Graphene theme and I need them all. And after this plugin is activated the site is totally dead, even in admin mode.

I am sorry, I didn’t go an extra mile in trying to isolate the problem because I cannot bring my site down for that long, and I have found another similar plugin that works with all lf my plugins and theme.

I noticed many people reported this plugin as broken in compatibility section. I had a choice of not posting anything or reporting the problem the way it is and the recovery tip. I am glad it helped somebody at least to bring their site back.

In case this helps other people, this is what worked for me:

    – Renaming the plugin folder using FTP (or SSH). This makes the site available again, but when I try to install the plugin again, the sites goes back offline.

    – Downloading the plugin from the Timely website and install it using the uploader in the plugins section. After that the plugins works perfectly and the site is online.

In my config I first had the lite version installed, got the update message to upgrade to the standard version and few days later then another update message asking me to update again.

Tedi, just to make sure that I understand you right.
    – I have to remove or rename the folder with the old installation of the All-in-one-calendar?
    – Download the plugin from Timely ant install it?

    Ok, I will try that
I have restored my site twice in two days. Feeling tired.. ??

Exactly ?? At least it worked for me.
