• This plugin is blocking the Google recaptcha for offline users that are 99,9% of my site. I had to deactivate it until you solve this MAJOR issue

  • same here.

    Same here too.
I investigated a little and switching on the “Content Personalization” preference seems making the Recaptcha working again.
Btw im using Google Recaptcha v3 for user registrations and logging.
With the only preference “Basic Operations” seems it blocks Google Recaptcha, also this can be viewed by browser console that gives this error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: grecaptcha is not defined

Then from my Cookie Compliance dashboard, i selected my domain that i have configured and under the Autoblocking section i tried add the provider under the Basic Operations just the same that there is under Content Personalization

But after clearing both the cache under the plugin option and a caching plugin i use (LiteSpeed Cache) and also the browser cache the Google Recaptcha still not loading even if just selected the “Basic Operations” preference.

No news? If there isn’t a solution i have to switch to another plugin.

    Hi,

That is exactly how this is ment to work.

You, as a site owner, are not allowed to use Google Recaptcha (and many other services) until a consent is given because it means sharing data with Google Inc. So you either need a consent or use a more privacy firendly software for this functionality.
