    Ovidiu,
    Thanks for the screencast.
One thing, if you can check for me, is when the plugin is active, do you have any errors in your JavaScript console? This is located under the error console.

I have yet to recreate the issue, so I need more information on what might be causing it. It is most likely a JavaScript conflict of some kind.

    Warm regards,
    Don

I figured it out. On my side it wasn’t even related to WP. ALl I had to do was turn off my adblocker in the browser ?? => https://screencast.com/t/u80nmFMW4aA

    Thanks for the update Ovidiu!

harley130 – does this possibly apply to you as well?

    Warm regards,
    Don

I also had this issue with the Amazon Products plugin. I disabled AdBlocker as per Ovidiu’s recommendation and the Visual Editor options reappeared.

jptdesrosiers – Thanks for the update as well!

I defused all of my popup blockers and then lit them off one at a time, Adblock V2.42.1 & AdBlocker Plus v1.9.3 are the culprits.

Better Pop Up Blocker v2.1.6 played nicely with WP

Great – glad we were all able to figure this one out and let others know the culprit.

Thanks again, Ovidiu for your follow-up and letting us all know what the real problem was!

    Warmest regards,
    Don

@don: you got me onto the right track, checking the js console I noticed several blocked css files belonging to your plugin listed as: blocked by client that’s how I found adblock as the culprit.
