The plugin is a great idea, but provides no actual function. No libraries are activated by ticking them, and the editor boxes do not add/enqueue the custom scripts to the header or footer. The only thing that seems to work are the links to the external script sites.

There is not enough actual documentation with the plugin to describe what it is actually attempting to do…

    Hi blitz.

Are you using a theme that lacks the wp_head and wp_footer functions for some odd reason? The plugin hooks into those standard functions, which are pretty universal in all themes.

The plugin is fully functional, and the lack of documentation is due to the simplicity. Check box on/off.

Do you have a link to your site that has the plugin running and requesting scripts turned on?

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

I have both those components and I’ve also tried with a default twenty twelve with this as the only plugin activated. The scripts don’t seem to be adding when ticked on though. And where does the actual function script go? In a page template?

Despite apparent simplicity, it isn’t clear how, or where the library is added (enqueue?), or where the actual script would go (especially when apparently not doing anything as seems to be the case at present). These could do with perhaps a three step instruction on the FAQ page.

    Hi.

    Link?

Also, with the link, if you are using any other scripts, let me know which ones you have turned on and are expecting to see that aren’t there.

Tested in Twenty Twelve on WordPress 3.7.1 (latest version as of this post), and works perfectly.

Hi, thanks for speedy reply. I’ve discovered what the issue was loading the scripts. For some reason, when ticked, they were not being saved. I discovered this when I ticked JQuery Masonry in JQuery, then went to JQuery Effects and ticked one there. I went back to the first JQuery tab and Masonry was untucked. I tried this again in Firefox (as opposed to Safari) and it saves the option correctly, and the scripts are appearing under the footer (which I assume is correct?).

I haven’t made use of the scripts just yet, but at this point it looks like they are working correctly.

    Hi blitz.

Thanks for figuring that out. The Plugin makes use of the WordPress AJAX APIs to manage that, so you may have found a bug in WP with Safari.

Could you post the info about the computer here for everyone’s future reference? Mac/Windows, Safari version, etc?

Would be good to have here, so when others search and come up with the same issue it shows up.

I will look into problems with the AJAX and Safari and see if I there’s a fix that I can implement in the plugin. Thanks so much!

FYI: Mac OS 10.9, Safari Version 7.0 (9537.71). It’s the new Mavericks OS and latest Safari. I have noticed some JS issues/hiccups with it on some sites, but not pinned down what is causing it. I have noticed that despite claims for speeding up JS performance it seems… about the same as before in the real world, but the browser feels really wimpy if you have more than a few tabs open these days (despite having loads of RAM installed).

I hope the above info helps though.

So, for anyone reading this far, they might want to try logging in with FF ??

Thanks for the speedy replies and helping out here. When I saw the plugin on the repository, I knew it was a genius idea and so pleased it is working perfectly ??

    Hi,

I am having somewhat of the same issue, cannot get iCheck to work properly. I am trying to get it to work with Contact Form 7.

    Any guidance would be appreciated.

@revivocreative – the above issue turned out to be a Safari bug. I think you have a different issue. Perhaps start a new thread and provide more detail about your set up there. I think you’ll get more responses that way. Good luck!

    Will do, thanks!
