This person is only eligible for transactional emails

    On the checkout page the client can choose wether he wants to subscribe to the newsletter or not.
    I tried the step with a guest user and checked the field to subscribe. The client is in the mailchimp list but with remark “This person is only eligible for transactional emails”. Also the first and last name are missing.

    How this can be fixed? I found many topics about this but I could never find a solution.

    @friedli do you by chance use GDPR fields or is this a standard subscriber status?
