    I was ready to instal went I saw (IMPORTANT:
    Support Tickets Center uses web services stored on Zingiri’s servers. In doing so, personal data is collected and stored on our servers. This data includes amongst others your admin email address….)
    not sure is this is a good practice…sorry

    Not quite sure why you would rate the plugin a 1 star because of that.

    There is complete disclosure in the plugin settings that the plugin is SaaS (software as a service) based.

    It’s a pretty common practice in a slew of WordPress plugins relying on remote services to provide functionality.

    so my data reside on your end data base ?

    Thank you genesis, I almost downloaded this.. Everyone should avoid ANY user made plugin that does this!
