Hmm, interesting. Did you see the same error as your customers have been seeing on the frontend? Or did the purchase go through completely normally for you?

Also, does this happen for *all* customers, or just some? If it’s only some, you might try opening up an order that worked and one that did not side by side, then seeing if you can spot any differences between the two that might be relevant.

Finally, my suggestion here would be to just leave Stripe’s logging turned on until you get another complaint from a customer. Once you do, you can go back into the logs for the day they tried to order and copy those here so we can check for errors.

If we can find some way to reproduce this or get the logs for it, that would be ideal. ?? Thanks!

Hi @claudiamanas & @behappy91 – I’m not seeing anything out of the ordinary with either of your SSRs. I’ve also taken a look at – https://www.skandal.es/ – though I’m not seeing any console errors or obvious issues with the checkout page.

If both of you are not seeing any logs in the WooCommerce logs page after enabling debug logging in your Stripe payment settings, please fill out a ticket: Please contact us at: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket

We’ll likely need to login to have a further look at the issue, so please include a link to this forum thread, an admin login using the https://quickforget.com/ service for privacy, and a link to your site/a product for testing.
