This page isn’t working

    I get this error on all pages except for about and all forms. This error is on all other pages including settings, add new form and lists.

    This page isn’t working
    ____________.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    What are the requirements and known issues for your plugin? php version?

    Good day @blenkhn,

    HTTP 500 errors are hard to pinpoint to any specific issue, as there are many possibilities with them. Any error logs you have and can check regarding the issue at hand would be a great place to start. Error lines that include “Fatal” or even possibly “Warning” will be the biggest items to look at.

    Regarding version requirements, the only notable thing is PHP 5.4 or higher. If you’re able to see the menu item, and aren’t seeing an admin notice about PHP versions, then you’re already covered there. We only require WP 4.0 or higher, which was released quite awhile ago.
