This page isn’t loading JavaScript properly

    I set up a contact form on my WP site, I tested it and it worked. Now when anybody attempts to use it one of two errors pop up:

    This page isn’t loading JavaScript properly, and the form will not be able to submit.(seen when I’m logged into the site)

    or

    The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator. (seen when I’m not logged in).

    I have tried turning off spam protection, turning off captcha, installing WP Mail SMTP plugin and configuring it to use my website’s mail server (tested successfully from the plugin config page).

    What else can I try to fix this issue?

    I forgot to mention that I also tried turning off the cache in WP settings without any success.

    I just tried submitting the form and got this hCaptcha related error in the DOM:
    Uncaught fs?{cause: 'invalid-captcha-id', message: 'Invalid hCaptcha id: 0gpmst8a7t4p'}

    Try checking out the WPForms hCaptcha guide, and the general hCaptcha setup guide to make sure everything looks right.

    I looked at the page you’ve shared, and the form you’re using does not seem to be designed using WPForms. When you have some time, can you please double-check the URL and let me know?

    In the meantime, the error message you’re seeing usually happens when there’s a caching plugin installed on the website. When you get a chance, please take a look at our documentation here and let me know how it goes.
