    Hello

I have just installed the plugin and I’m having trouble activating it.

I have tried both sandbox and production mode and have entered the required API credentials in the gravity/braintree settings, but when I put a ‘credit card’ field into my forms and view on the front end I get this message…

“This page is unsecured. Do not enter a real credit card number. Use this field only for testing purposes.”

    Am I doing something wrong?

My website is also using woocommerce and braintree as a payment gateway so perhaps there is a plugin-conflict???

Any help would be greatly appreicated

    Thanks in advance.

I have had to deactivate the plugin now because it seems to be conflicting with the braintree extension for woocommerce.

Can you please confirm if there is a workaround for using this plugin for gravity forms at the same time as the braintree extension for woocommerce?

    Hi treecycle,

You need to install an SSL certificate on your website. You should see “https” in the address bar of your browser. This is not optional.

You should talk to your web hosting company about getting an SSL certificate purchased and installed. This will ensure that your customers credit card data is kept secure.
