• Hi, I’m trying to log into my site’s WordPress admin page, but the only page it logs is: “Sorry, this page doesn’t seem to exist”. I searched how to fix it, and I found that I gotta go to Permalinks, etc… , but I can’t ’cause the page that doesn’t exist is the admin page. Can you help me? How can I fix?

  • And what’s your site address?

    It’s not a online site, it’s a local site

    1) Is this a NEW site (ie you’ve never logged in before), or an existing site (ie you’ve always been able to log in until now)?

    2) Can you share a FULL PAGE screenshot of the login page? (Upload your screenshot to https://snipboard.io/ or any public image hosting site and post the link here.)

Permalinks shouldn’t come in here, unless you’re running some plugin that changes the default login URL. That’s why I want to see a FULL PAGE screenshot!

    1) No, it’s not a new site, it’s a site created about 1 month ago.

    2) Now I share you the screenshot

The default WordPress login page should be at example.local/wp-login.php.

But I only see example.local in the address bar in your screenshot.

What happens when you go to the default WordPress login URL?

(Note I’m using “example” here as a placeholder so I don’t inadvertently mention anything you don’t want to be mentioned here)

It happens the same thing, same screen.
