Evidently there had been a change by Google of the API Key. I replaced the existing one and the site appears to work…. although the Maps are not accurate.

Hi there,
having the same message but on my Edit Tag page. At the beginning only showed the message:
”Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”
After adding the API key in the settings area, the map tries to load but fade out in the message comes in again.

Please double check the process of creating the API key making sure that you used *example.com/* when filling your website, without http and using the format.

You need an API key now.
