    I have WooCommerce Payments, PayPal, and ZIp pay. I remember being able to process refunds in the back end when I was testing the initial setup. Now I cannot refund anything. It always shows something like “Refund 0.0 via PaymentGatewayNameExample”
    It also shows the message “This order is no longer editable.”

    The refund amount input shows disabled but yet asks me for the reason for the refund.

    This is normal for an order with a Status of Processing or Complete.
    If you want to edit it you can simply change the status back to on Hold.

    The refund amount input shows disabled but yet asks me for the reason for the refund.

    The Refund amount field is always greyed out.
    You define the refund amount by completing the Qty or Total fields in the order row item and the refund amount will update automatically:
