I have found I only get to the correct page in a private browser window. Is this a cache issue?

“This order cannot be paid for”.

You have noticed that this error does not happen when you use a private browser window.
Is my understanding correct?

As this problem is not happening in a private window, it is most likely a cache problem.
I suggest clearing all the cache and then disabling the W3 Total Cache plugin.

I also see a server-side cache set up on your website.
For that, you will need to contact your web host to clear or disable the cache.

Once the cache is deactivated, please go ahead and try paying for the order using the link you shared with customers.
