    Hi

I’m getting job notification emails (to a Zoho email account) going straight to junk mail. When retesting with Gmail it comes through with the following phishing warning:”

“This message may not have been sent by:….”

How do I get email clients to trust these emails?

(I’m using the email attachment add-on with this)

    Thanks

    Gerard

    Hello @abisti,

This issue is not related to SJB Email Attachment add-on. It seems like your Mail Server Protocol is not properly configured.

Please contact your hosting provider for this issue.

    Thanks for your reply.

The issue here seems to be that the admin email address as it stands is both the sender & the receiver – how does that work when the email is properly configured? i.e. What should I be aiming for here?

    Hello @abisti,

If that’s the reason then you should change sender email address.

The sender address appears to default to the (site) admin address – can this be changed?

In email notifications, the admin appears not to be editable. So how do I change senders email address?

    Hello @abisti,

Yes, you are right. Website admin address is default sender address. You have to change admin email address through WP Dashboard => Settings => General.
