We rely on contact form 7 to receive conference registrations and send confirmation emails. However, in both instances, this verbiage is always stated at the bottom of these emails. This behavior started ever since updating the plugin to the latest version.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

This notice from CleanTalk is being added only when the Anti-Spam Licence is expired.

    You can do the following:
    1. Renew your Anti-Spam Licence here:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/bill/recharge?cp_mode=antispam

    2. Deactivate and delete the CleanTalk plugin in your website backend.

    Hi,

Thank you for your response. I thought CleanTalk was compatible with WordPress multisite feature. The above home page is one of the multisite. The plugin shows that it’s expired along with that error message only on THIS multisite.

    Please advice.

    Thank you

Thank you for your response. However, the license is NOT expired. As I stated above, the website that I am referring to is one of the multisite. The primary website’s Cleantalk plugin is fully licensed and up and running. I do see that the license being expired ONLY on this multisite which not true.

I look forward to your response.
