The docs are all docs on how to use this and yes, you can download it from the doc or from here (they both actually use the same link).

Thank you for the response. When I clicked on the link in the page mentioned, a zip file got downloaded, which actually did not have the same content as the plugin in www.remarpro.com plugins page.
