    Hello

I get this message when creating a recipe: This item was disabled because it could not be found on the system. To re-enable, ensure the associated plugin is installed and activated. I see in this forum that people have already had problems with this, I have already disabled your cache without success. I don’t have a cache plugin installed on my website either. I use your plugin on a copy of this website, and there everything works perfectly.

    Below is the status.

    Hi @yasminezilt ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

I know you mentioned disabling our cache, but the system report you sent does show a checkbox next to it. Can you confirm that if you visit Automator > Settings > Advanced > Automator cache, it definitely shows as disabled?

You mentioned too that it doesn’t happen on an identical site. Do you know if there are any other difference between the sites, like caching, versions (plugin, WP, PHP, etc.), or anything else that might stand out?

Can you confirm too that the integration listed as being deactivated is activated if it’s a plugin? Which integration is it?

Let’s start there and see if that gets us closer to figuring out what’s happening for you.

    Thanks

    Hello

I have indeed switched the cache back on because it did not solve the problem. There is nothing different on the other websites as it is an import from the another website I created 2 weeks ago. No other plugins or else

My recipes is when they fill in a form in elementor it ends up in a google sheet.

    Thanks in advance

    Kind regards

Okay. We are confident caching is related in some way, but it could be at the server level. Could we ask who your host is?

And the working site, it’s on the same host, same PHP/WP version, one’s not a Live environment and the other Staging (in case caching behaviour is different), anything like that?

And can you confirm that Elementor is still enabled? Does the error happen for Google Sheets as well?

    Hi @yasminezilt ,

We have identified a scenario where the issue could be caused by Permalink settings. To rule this out, could you make sure your permalink settings (in /wp-admin/ > Settings > Permalinks) are set to something other than Plain? If they are Plain, could you try something else temporarily to see if it resolves the issue?

    Thanks

    Hi @uncannyautomator.
I had the same problem on a client site. I set the Permalink structure to something other than Plain in Settings > Permalinks and the problem was solved.
I hope this experience is useful for you and users who have the same problem.

    Kind regards

    Hi @majidilami ,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback!

I will mark this as closed, since it’s been open for a month, and for the user originally affected we’re confident it was a permalinks issue.
