We saw your feedback about our plugin. We want to help, but we’re not sure what went wrong, we couldn’t find any ticket that you opened with us.

Could you please share more details about the issue you encountered so that we can better understand and assist you?

The truth is this profile was created on the exact same day the review was left, it only left this 1 star review, that doesn’t give any details on what didn’t work and there are no opened tickets on the support forums either. It’s suspicious, to say the least, and not helpful at all for other users interested in learning more about this plugin.

We’re always happy to help and very receptive to feedback (especially things that can be improved), but there’s not much we can do in this case.

P.S. It’s still not too late to offer any type of feedback ??
