    I’ve found that my users cannot reset they password, because once they type the new password and click Update, they are getting this error. Everything was working fine, maybe i have done something in the settings or maybe not. I’m using 2.1.4 version. I cannot update, cuz i’m getting broken site. Can you tell me how to fix it, thanks?

    Do you have a caching plugin or server cache module installed on your site/server? If so, please try excluding UM pages from the cache and see if the issue still occurs.

    Thanks for your answer. Looks like Ultimate Member Recaptcha plugin was doing this problem. At least, for now, it’s working how it was before.

    Are you using the latest version of UM ReCaptcha plugin? The latest version is 2.2.0
