It’s called a carousel because of how the Bootstrap functionality it presents it’s named, though the vast majority of all the carousels I know do the same. I don’t know what you expect a carousel to do (maybe you have a mislead preconcept). The documents are very specific on how to use it, and once you have included the Bootstrap files (which I hope you have done), it’s really really simple to display a carousel. I also provided links and images showing how the default presentation should look like. I’m sorry if you didn’t read the documents enough to use the plugin correctly, or if it wasn’t what you were looking for (nobody forced you to use it, though).
I’m gonna suppose you called the plugin “primitive and poorly written” out of frustration. The code follows all the WordPress coding standards, which I also hope you read. Or maybe you can drop me an email and show me how to code, I’m willing to pay for it ??
I find your review really unfair, since it’s your fault if you didn’t pay enough attention to the explicit text on what this plugin does and how to use it. If you have some recommendation on how to improve it, I’d appreciate that. But this is just angry bullcrap of a bad developer.
