    I have the sitemap up and accessible at:

    https://snowpulsehighmark.com/sitemap_index.xml

    It’s publicly available; no issues at all accessing it.

    I’ve refreshed the permalinks, and double checked for empty categories. I’ve pared the sitemap down to just pages and products and am still receiving this error:

    I’ve used Yoast SEO a lot in the past, and this is the first time I’m having so much trouble with this.

    Any help would be great.

    Can you please share a full page screenshot of your Google search console property sitemap section so that we can investigate this issue further?

    This is very weird as we can confirm that Yoast SEO generated XML sitemap on your site is technically correct. It looks like Googlebot user agent probably not seeing your sitemap and this issue typically occurs when Google has an old cache of your website.

    If you resubmit the sitemap index, does this resolve the issue? If not, we recommend you please reach out the Google webmaster support for assistance. You can find them on here.
