This a good design and it works on my browser: Google Chrome for Mac.
But I didn’t see the menu the first time I wanted to scroll the page… You should make it impossible.

• The icons adjacent to titles, “SHARE”, “DESIGN” and “PUBLISH” are too close to the sub-heading underneath.
• The quotes’ authors could be moved closer to the quote. This helps the user associate which quote belongs to whom.
• The copyright underneath the Spiffy Design logo (bottom left) is too close to the logo.
• On Contact section, this text, “Headquartered in Meerut,we serve clients at Local, National and International levels” has too much space below it.
• Your images don’t have alt text; depriving users with visual impairment.
• The spacing between the different sections is too great.
