• My site is displaying the index.php page as the home page instead of what I’ve designated through the Theme Options. It suggests referring to a ThinkUpThemes – Lite Documentation file, but I installed the theme through the WP Install Themes control panel and I don’t know where that would be.

    Hi Heather,

Would you mind adding a link to your site please so I can see exactly what’s being displayed on the homepage?

    Thanks,

I’ve reactivated the theme so you can see what’s happening:

Please let me know if you can help as I don’t want this to be my homepage for too long ??

    Thank you,

    Heather

    Hi Heather,

Thanks for the link. This is a strange one, it looks as if your WordPress install is ignoring the template hierarchy in our theme, so isn’t picking up the correct file.

Do you know which version of WordPress you are using? There may be a conflict with a plugin your using, have you tried deactivating the plugins in turn to find out which (if any) is causing the conflict?

If this doesn’t work we’ll be happy to take a look at your install and configure the theme for you.

    Thanks,

    Afzaal
