This is how to downgrade to 2.4 instructions

If you use WP CLI you can downgrade back to the plugin we all wanted which is:

wp plugin update uk-cookie-consent --version=2.4

I have automated update scripts, so I add this in and when we do go through our upgrade process it downgrades again, until we can disabled updates for this plugin on all our sites.

Otherwise source repos online will still have the files to download and manually install.

Then use a plugin to prevent it auto updating.
