We cannot edit a newsletter that was built using the composer. We get the error message:
“This is deprecated block version and cannot be edited. Please replace it with a new one.”
Duplicating the blocks does not help. What can we do?

Hi, is this happening creating a newsletter from scratch or copying an old newsletter?

    Stefano.

It’s a customer of mine. I’m pretty sure that he copied an old newsletter. Creating a newsletter from scratch works fine.

You should replace older blocks in newsletters you wish duplicate. For each old block that cannot be edited, create a new block and replicate the data, then delete the old block.

Thank you very much. What do you mean by “replicate the data”? Manually building a new block using the same content? As far as I can see, I cannot copy/paste content from an old block.

copy and paste will not work. Recreate a new block with the same content.

    OK, thank you very much.
