    hi,
    my problem stays unresolved for already a month and it occurred after u fixed the lost icons directly on my host. (some js ….) I have tried numerous plugins which let users to post frontend and they ALL ARE LOSING THEIR VISUAL EDITOR FRONTEND, this proves that the issue is in your plugin as I have already tried 5 diferent plugins (wp user font end, frontier post, user submitted post, guest posting, ttt posts….) that let front end posting, hired 2 developers from odesk and spend more than $200 trying to fix this.

    I think it is your turn to look through your plugin and resolve this issue, this does not let me to operate normally and go further to create marketing materials introducing my website.

    This is not honest to blame others plugin without any wish to try to resolve the issue.

    support for you ins only available on our website as you use the commercial version of WPS.

    Sorry, but we can’t guarantee to fix incompatibility problems with third party themes and plugins (although we’ll do our best). There are just too many of them to guarantee this. We always recommend fixing problems by switching to TwentyTwelve theme first (see try this first).

    You should not be sorry, this is not the case for your “standard reply” this is the case to try to resolve this issue asap cause if the conflict exists with different and many plugins then this proves that you need to take a look to your codes once again, I am not a developer to do it my self that’s why I have purchased the plugin, you always try to blame others plugin and it us not right thing, did u read what I have written above? I have tried 5 different front end posting plugins and all of them are loosing their visual editors at once, the same is with twenty twelve theme, I have tried everything, I have even deleted and reinstalled your plugin, several developers were hired, don’t you think this is mire than enough? Don’t you think that it us your turn? I am really tired if this, I have stopped my business for already a month, is this right from your side? be fair!

    Let people know what expect from paid version, why not? It would be better to tweet about this, to post on facebooks and different forums to let people know what to expect before buying this. As you are always in neutral position! It is the best way to blame “third party” …

    I was clever that paid for only one year, I wanted to become a gold member, but what for?

    Yes, you are right during 4 months I had many problems and this proves that there are many complications within your coding, review it. And the thing that you are always mentioning about the third party is not for this case, this is the one that shows that there is a problem with your plugin, why don t u want to resolve it, this is real problem with your coding, 5 different plugins, twenty twelve theme and the same problem for month, plus several developers, expenses.. Think about it!

    Hi dddt, as with many plugins on www.remarpro.com, to keep all support in one place, we do request that support is via our website, so it is all in one place, and we can then have a central support “place”.

    For your problem, I am more than happy to take a look to see if it is something that we can change in the plugin. As the number of WPS users x the number of 3rd party themes/plugins x the number of option variations x versions of WP/OS/browser/etc is a ridiculously high number (too high to work out!), it just isn’t feasible to offer 100% guarantees (I really, really wish I could).

    However, as I say, if it is something that we can change to make it more compatible without affecting all the sites that currently use WPS, I will certainly do so for you, rest assured. Sometimes it is something simple that we can work out how to exclude or alter slightly to make your configuration successful.

    I understand that you are in contact with Robert now via the WPS website, so can we continue there, otherwise we will have multiple support threads, and that will lead to total confusion! ??

    Robert has discussed this with me, so he knows how to contact you to ensure we can continue this conversation, and hopefully come up with a solution for you.

    I’ll close this ticket, not to say it’s resolved, but that we will continue the support through the WPS site with Robert and myself, and hopefully pursue to a happy outcome. Talk/chat/email again with your shortly.

    So, I am writing the following for people who may have the same issue in the future.

    The problem is resolved by disabling the wp symposium TinyMCE letting themes operate normally even in front end otherwise they are conflicting with each other which deletes the visual editor in front end. This gives visual editor front end and removes visual editor for wo symposium, now, FORUM has only plain text option for posting, no any visual editor for front end.

    Yes, it may be considered as a solution for now, cause it means that I am giving up with another option (which is not right), however, I hope you will resolve it in your future updates.

    By the way, did u look at your js file? The existing problem occurs (according to some developers) because wp symposium js file completely deletes HTML for visual editor, is that right?
