• very disappointed. Yes We am not a paid customer but if you claim your plugin works, it should. It worked for two months, then when they realized we didn’t upgrade, the plugin stopped working. When We reached out to support, We were told they are prioritizing paid customers at the time.

    There is no “trap” to stop the plugin working after 2 months. It is a free and open source plugin installed on over 50K eCommerce stores that have been using it for YEARS. Developers cannot include any “trap” into a plugin published in the official WordPress directory because its source code is PUBLIC and everyone can see it.

    Our support approach is also very transparent. If you use a Pro version, we have a dedicated email channel to help you. If you use a Free version, we will be happy to help you on the support forum.

    I understand that you expected to receive the dedicated email support for free. In our response, we recommended you to contact us on the support forum instead since you don’t have a Pro version. As far as I can see, you haven’t posted anything on the support forum but instead decided to write a misleading review about a “trap” in our plugin. Based on this, I can only conclude that you are not really interested in resolving any issue you might have had with the plugin.
