This is a quality plugin with exceptional support

We have been using this plugin for a couple of years now. We have had two issues in the time span and in both cases the support was exceptional. There is a fast response on the forums and the developer even gave us his Skype info so we could make immediate contact if necessary. You don’t see that very often. The plugin works well with even the most complicated of forms. I would highly recommend this solution.
