This has stopped working

I’ve run into the same problem of what looks like the plugin not working, then I remember this happened to me over a year ago. My solution was to do all my cropping, then hit ESC key instead of the X in the plugin popup box. Somehow ESC then saves the new crop, while closing the box with X does not.

It seems to have stopped work. The ESC solution doesn’t seem to be working either.
