This form and Bootstrap modal

    This form placed inside a Bootstrap 3.3.6 modal because unfortunately it needs to be. Upon submission, it abruptly closes the modal directly after, without any feedback.

    When I open the modal again, I see the feedback message. This isn’t normal behavior.

    BTW, this option is disabled too. “Hide form after a successful sign-up?”

    I know the form behaves correctly when not placed inside a modal.

    Hello polyfade,

    Our free version does not support “Ajax Form submission”. So when you click submit button, it will refresh the page which is standard behavior.

    Since you have placed the form in a modal, when the page is refreshed the modal would be closed unless you find a way to open it automatically. In our premium version as the form can be submitted without page refresh, the success/error message would be displayed below the submit button instantly.
