• Hi!

I recently updated my plug-in and my filters on my shop page are no longer working – it’s currently coming up with the following error code:

This Filter cannot be displayed as deprecated

This is all that’s visible on my live store site. The filters worked perfectly before the update.

    Please help! Thanks ??

    Hi,

There is now 3 versions of the structure for the filters. 1st one is too old and was deprecated for along period of time already. In recent version they was removed from the plugin. There was very simple way to move to new filters. Just click convert button on the plugin settings page(tab Advanced). 2nd version is deprecated from now on but it is still working with addon Deprecated Filters. 3d version is brand new and are in progress now. They are good platform for us for upgrading filters.

    Hi Dima

Thanks so much for replying so quickly. I’m not entirely sure what to do next to be honest – could you please break it down step by step?

Do I need to erase my filters before the update and re-create them? It looks like the process to create filters has changed with the new update?

Would love to know more, please! Thanks so much again ??

    Hello @vitaeater,

You can disable Deprecated Filters add-on and filters must be converted to new one.

    dear plugin author,

I disabled and converted, but still I am facing the same issue of CANNOT BE DISPLAYED AS DEPRECATED.

I purchased the plugin but still not able to get rid of this error.

    Please advise.
