hCaptcha causing “This field is required.” if user/admin not logged in

    Forms can not be submitted despite all fields being filled in correctly and hCaptcha successful. The form errors with “This field is required.”

    This does not happen if I am logged in as admin and fill in a form. So it appears that the forms are requiring users to be logged in (or perhaps admin access).

    This happens on all forms I have. I have tried rebuilding a form and no difference.

    EDIT: It’s hCaptcha causing the issue. If I disable hCaptcha, the form is able to be submitted.
    I have tried changing the difficulty settings on hCaptcha but it doesn’t make any difference.
