The author should be fixing it

This is also happening to me. I take it nobody’s heard from the plugin author?

    Nope he’s missing

Same issue here. And just as we seek new members of our soccer club. How can I downgrade to an older version without losing my current forms? Any help will be appreciated.

I have another client who uses VFB PRO and I submitted a question about this to their PRO support, also. Hopefully someone will respond.
    Thanks!

    I have the same problem.

Same problem here. Had to go back to version 3.0.6

Still haven’t rec’d a response from VFB PRO support, either.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some responses on this? Is there somewhere we can report VFB support for not being responsive?

    Thanks!

How is this STILL not resolved? It’s been like 2 months. Rolling back to 3.0.8 is a band-aid, and not really safe since it’s an older version.

It is unprofessional. I have installed an older version because we use the form to register new members of our soccer club. The new version prevented exactly that at the end of the season/start of the new season.

It’s not rocket science, so why Dows this take so long? Beats me…

I have officially Deleted this form maker and installed wpmuDEV’s Forminator Pro.
They also have a free version of Forminator its in the plugin section of www.remarpro.com
The only difference between free and Pro is:

ADD AN E-SIGNATURE FORM FIELD in PRO

I hope I have helped everyone.
I hate it when an author leaves without notification or doesn’t ask someone to take over.

    Mitch,

Thank you for letting us know what you ended up doing. I will probably have to switch, as well, on MULTIPLE client sites. I just checked out the plugin info and it even takes PAYMENTS in the free version! That is awesome.

    Thanks!
