    If you scroll to the bottom of this page you will see that my add to cart buttons are not aligned.

    Please help.

    Unfortunately it looks like your theme has been heavily modified, and is outside the scope of this plugin as explained on the main plugin page.
    However, we have developed a custom script that may address some of the issues on your website.
    Download version 5.0.0 from the bottom of the page Here.
    Delete the version you currently have installed, then upload and activate version 5.0.0.
    Clear any caches you have, and see if it works. No guarantees.
