    Hello,

    This alert does not go away does not matter how many times I click on the x.

    Post SMTP database update required

    When I click View Process it says:
    Great! Logs successfully migrated, please verify and Delete logs from old system by clicking Delete old Logs, to keep system smooth View Migration Log

    But nothing I do makes these alerts disappear, this very problematic for us.

    the alert returns on every page that is loaded.

    Same issue here and looks like a few others from the threads that have appeared today!

    Kind of frustrating as even the beta version doesn’t seem to solve the issue. Ticket raised so just waiting to see if they come up with a solution

    Thanks for connecting to our support. Just to confirm, Have you deleted the old logs? This message may get removed once you are done deleting the old logs.

    Hello,

    No, I did not delete the old logs at the time.
    It seems that the only way to remove this notification is to delete them, it does not let you keep them and get rid of the alert.

    @balvan64 Thanks for sharing the details. The alert notification is added so that you can remove the unnecessary data from your post table once you have verified that the logs have been migrated to the new logs section.

    Please confirm if that resolves your issue.
