    I know that emails have been generated from WP, as I have received them. But I don’t see them in the logs.

    Specifically:

    (1) I’ve responded to entries in Gravity Forms, which will generate an email to the lead

    (2) I’ve updated order statuses in Woo Commerce, which also generate an email

    I’ve tested this to have emails sent to myself too. Am I missing something here… ?

    This plugin will log emails that are sent through the wp_mail function in WordPress. Are you sure the plugins are sending the emails though the wp_email function?

    Also are you using any other email related plugin like wpmandrill?

    Closing this as resolved. Reopen if you are able to confirm whether the emails are indeed getting sent through wp_mail function.
