    Hey @wesleysoccer,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This message is directly from the API and indicates the content of the post has been blocked. This could be due to privacy settings on the post or if it is a shared post, the privacy settings may have been changed by the original author. Unfortunately, there is no workaround to display this as this content is being blocked directly by Facebook. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Many thanks,

So what do I ask the client to do? Because on his public facebook page, all is showing as normal.

    Hey @wesleysoccer,

The API will not always provide the same information as you see on Facebook due to privacy concerns. Most often in addition to what Mike mentioned above, it is due to shared posts from other Facebook Pages, Groups, or Private profiles (even if it is their own private profile). You can only display content posted directly to the page you have connected.

What you might be able to ask the client to do here is to instead of sharing all content, is to make a new post directly on the page. This can be done as the page or as their private profile – as long as it is posted on the page directly and not shared, it will be possible to display it in our plugin.

While there is no other workaround (we can not see the content – the message is sent by the API), in the Pro version of the plugin you can filter out these posts completely. That will however just hide the posts, they will not display.

Let us know should you have any additional questions.

Hello, i’ve the same issue… i have a pro version but in the settings area there aren’t a way for hidding single or a post type but only using “keywords”:
(“Do not show posts containing” – into “filters” section).
I need to hide this posts because is horrible to see it in home page. Thanks.

Edit: sorry, resolved, always in the filters section. thanks.

    Hi @danyz81,

Thanks for following up and letting us know you got the issue resolved. You are correct that in the Pro version you can filter these posts out by keyword using the “Do not show posts containing” setting. You could filter by “This content isn’t available at the moment” or however the message appears on your end depending on the local language.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.
