This Conditional Fields plugin stops all required fields from working

  • ISSUE – With ‘Conditional Fields’ plugin activated, all required fields applied in the application form STOP WORKING. No red messages show up saying ‘this is a required field’ which would mean a visitor has no prompt to fill in certain fields and can submit with missing information.

    I have setup an application form with most of the fields in it as required fields. A red error message shows when a required field does not have an input.

    I installed and setup your ‘Conditional Fields ‘plugin with a condition applied to show the ‘Please Specify ￡’ field once the ‘Other’ checkbox is selected in the question above it shown here https://snipboard.io/1cELtz.jpg

    HOWEVER, with the ‘Conditional Fields’ plugin activated it STOPS all the required fields working in the application form. No red messages show up which would mean a visitor has no prompt to fill in certain fields.

    I’m not sure what the conflict is, but this needs sorting asap as I need this conditional field set.
