'This channel does not exist'.

Getting ‘This channel does not exist’ error when I click on our ‘Visit Our YouTube Channel’ link.
Never used to get this error.
I notice the url it pastes into the browser is
‘https://www.youtube.com/c/Busybird12’
when it should be
‘https://www.youtube.com/Busybird12’
I don’t know why it’s adding that ‘c/’ before our channel name.
