This changed my business

I never buy software for WordPress. There are just too many good free apps in the market place. But when we started getting so busy that we needed a scheduler I opted to try Birchpress after some favorable reviews. I found the UI to be comfortable because it uses normal WordPress pages. After a few glitches that support helped me through, I was up and running.

Wow, what a difference it makes having our customers book their own appointments. I went from juggling the phone to having everyone laid out with the proper times, information, etc. Now customers book their own appointments and I just meet them when they show. This has allowed us to grow immensely in short order, to the point we’ve crashed our hosting a couple of times and had to upgrade to a new server due to the volume of traffic.

As with any software, there is a learning curve but by the end of the trial I was well over the hump. Good product, good support. I highly recommend.
