    Just created an account to say that this last update have made my web app unusable. the work of a week is gone. thanks for the shitty plugin. still trying to recover my work.
    it failed to update and my products disappear, now when i try to installed again i got this useless message

    500 – The request timed out.
    The web server failed to respond within the specified time.

    Hey @jason840917,

    Sorry to hear about that, if you follow our documentation you should be aware that is very important to take a full backup of the site and database before updating any software, not only WooCommerce. It would also be a good idea to try updates in a staging environment before applying them to the production site.

    500 – The request timed out. The web server failed to respond within the specified time.

    In order to troubleshoot and figure out what may have caused the 500 error on your site, kindly share the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
