Did you already tried to remove any options from all assets coming from this plugin? If so, then it could be another setting affecting this, so you have to go back step-by-step and remove options from other assets as well, especially jQuery and jQuery-Migrate if they are dependencies of the Instagram plugin.

Also, if I make changes, do I need to purge cache in Cloudflare as well? Or enough just in Hummingbird?

Clearing caches in Hummingbird should be enough, especially if you’ve also connected Hummingbird’s Browser Caching with your Cloudflare account.
